Brookline Bank

Brookline Bank said it has hired Joseph Buckley as a financial adviser at its Brookline Investment Services arm. He joins Brookline from People’s Securities.

Caritas Communities 

Braintree-based housing and homelessness services provider Caritas Communities said its board of directors had named Frank Connell as the nonprofit’s interim executive director. Connell had been director of strategic initiatives at Caritas  since 2022.

CEDAC

Boston-based Community Economic Development Assistance Corp. said it had hired Clair Morton as a senior project manager on its affordable housing team. CEDAC provides financing and technical expertise for community-based and nonprofit organizations engaged in community development in Massachusetts.

Columbia

North Reading-based construction management firm Columbia said it had appointed Gregg Blair as its first CFO in 98 years. Blair was previously the company’s director of financial operations.

ERA Key Realty

Northbridge residential brokerage ERA Key Realty announced that Lucas Bimberg has affiliated with its Millis office and Joselle L. Turner has affiliated with its Whittinsville office. Bimberg was previously a commercial account representative for RSA Security LLC in Bedford and Turner was previously general manager of the Valley Pub in Whittinsville.

Boston general contractor Groom Construction Co. said it had hired three new employees: senior preconstruction/design build architect Jeff Prince, superintendent Chris Rizzo and marketing manager Maegan Dube.
