Bristol County Savings Bank said it has hired Kelly Masefield to be a senior vice president and the bank’s operations officer. She was previously first vice president and banking operations and loan servicing officer at HarborOne Bank in Brockton, Massachusetts and vice president of loan servicing at First Citizens’ Federal Credit Union in Fairhaven.

The bank also announced the promotion of Kathy Mulhern, William Muto, Nancy Pimentel  and Dawn Young to first vice president.

Columbia

North Reading construction management firm Columbia has hired Jerrett Jones as its first-ever director of diversity and inclusion.

East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank announced that bank President Tim Bombard assumed the CEO title following predecessor Gilda Nogueira’s formal retirement, and that it hired Richard Olson as executive vice president and chief banking officer. Olson was previously an executive at Envision Bank, Northway Bank, and Bank of America./

ERA Key Realty Services

ERA Key Realty Services announced that Marissa Zarella has joined the Team Blue Real Estate Group, which operates out of ERA Key’s Wilmington office. Zarella was previously a Realtor with LAER Realty Partners in Chelsmford.

ERA Key also said its Auburn office gained Worcester Public Schools teacher Manuel Chambers as a Realtor.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston announced Nick Stanescu has been promoted executive vice president and chief FedNow executive, while chief information officer Dan Anthony has been promoted to executive vice president while retaining his current role.

Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts

A new slate of officers took the reins at the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts at a ceremony attended by Lt. Gov. Kim Driscoll and state Sen. Susan Moran. The association’s 2024 executive committee will be composed of President Michael Duffany (president of M. Duffany Builders in Falmouth), President-Elect David O’Sullivan (president of O’Sullivan Architects in Reading), Vice President/Treasurer Susan Kadilak (principal of Kadilak Homes in Burlington), Vice President/Secretary Matt Teague (president of REEF Builders in Cape Cod) and Immediate Past President Jeffrey Brem (president of engineering and surveying Meisner Brem Corp. in Westford).

The association also gave out its “Legend of the Industry” award to four members: Andrew Chaban, CEO of Princeton Properties in Lowell; Sue Hawkes, managing director of Boston’s The Collaborative Cos.; Brian Harding, senior sales representative for Andersen Windows & Doors on Cape Cod and the Islands; and Bruce Libby, president of Contemporary Structures Inc. in Ludlow.

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank announced the promotion of three employees: Pia Cordes, Dominique Morrissey and Melissa Roberts, to assistant vice president and core banking manager, senior fraud and operations specialist and senior BSA compliance analyst, respectively.

NAIOP Massachusetts

Commercial real estate trade group NAIOP Massachusetts announced the recipients of two of its annual awards. Michael Wilcox of The Bulfinch Cos. is recieving the association’s Presidents Award “in recognition of his exceptional leadership, vision, and creativity as a longtime member of NAIOP’s Leadership Council and Program Committee,” NAIOP said. In addition, Ned Abelson of Goulston & Storrs, Sherry Clancy of National Development, and Larry Feldman of GZA GeoEnvironmental will receive this year’s Government Affairs Champion Award for their long service on NAIOP’s Brownfields Redevelopment Committee.
