Luke Peterson has joined First Republic Bank as managing director in Boston, working out of the bank’s office at 160 Federal St.
Peterson will work with individuals, families, businesses and foundations to address both sides of a client’s balance sheet. He will also serve as a single point of contact to a team of First Republic professionals who provide banking, investment management, trust, brokerage and real estate lending services, according to a statement.
Prior to joining First Republic, Peterson worked for Wells Fargo Bank, most recently as vice president and branch manager in Boston.

San Francisco-based First Republic specializes in private banking and wealth management. The bank operates two offices in Boston at 160 Federal St. and 772 Boylston St.
