Pharma Company Relocates HQ in Woburn

A pharmaceutical company formed in May has picked Cummings Properties’ 8 Cabot Road in Woburn for its new expanded corporate headquarters.

Azurity Pharmaceuticals will relocate from Presidential Way to 14,627 square feet within the 60,000-square-foot 8 Cabot Road office building.

Azurity specializes in drug delivery systems including ones optimized for children and the elderly. The company was formed in May when CutisPharma Inc. acquired Silvergate Pharmaceuticals and rebranded the combined company. Along with the Woburn headquarters, Azurity has a manufacturing facility in Wilmington.

Cummings Properties key accounts manager Marc Knittle represented ownership in the lease negotiations, while Colliers International’s John Carroll III represented Azurity.
