ECM Plastics Inc., a national plastics compounder, has leased 48,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space at 111 Adams St. in Clinton.

David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine and Alan Ringuette of Lexington-based The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented both the tenant and the landlord, National Industrial Portfolio Borrower LLC, in the lease transaction, according to a statement.

"The principals of ECM Plastics chose the location because of the ceiling height, outside storage capability and the proximity to I-90," said David Stubblebine.

The plastics company was formerly located in Worcester.
