Jeremy Pollender and Morgan Scopetto have joined Lynnfield-based construction management firm cm&b Inc. as vice president of estimating and vice president of business development, respectively.

Pollender has more than 15 years of industry experience. Most recently he served as national purchasing manager for Shawmut Design and Construction. Previously, he held estimator positions with several firms including Payton Construction, Ball Construction and Lehr Construction Corp.

As cm&b’s vice president of estimating, Pollender will manage the estimating and planning departments at the firm, and provide cohesive support to our business development effort and project management group.

Scopetto brings with her nearly a decade of sales and business development experience. Prior to joining cm&b, she was director of business development for Technomedia Solutions of Orlando, Fla. She has also held the title of division director for Robert Half International. As cm&b’s vice president of business development, Scopetto will lead the firm’s business and client development efforts as cm&b continues to expand its markets.
