Engine Room Edit, a post-production company specializing in video and graphics editing for film, television and the Internet, has leased 4,100 square feet at 142 Berkeley St. in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.
Kenneth H. Girvin, principal of Chandler Company LLC represented the landlord, Parks Realty. Richard J. Lowe of Cresa Partners exclusively represented the tenant.
The building at 142 Berkeley St. is a 125,000-square-foot commercial building.
