Stoughton-based Conroy Development is the new owner of a Taunton distribution facility for Williams Sonoma-affiliated furniture brands.

Conroy and an affiliate of LaSalle Investment Management paid $25.7 million to acquire 150 Charles Colton Road in the Myles Standish Industrial Park. Located on a 14.5-acre parcel, the 200,000-square-foot facility is 70 percent leased as a distribution center for Pottery Barn, West Elm and Rejuvenation. Completed in 2016, the facility has 32-foot clear heights, 45 loading docks and 18 trailer storage spaces along with 250 parking spaces.

Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, TA Realty.

“150 Charles Colton Road represents a prime ‘last-mile’ logistics hub within an unmatched ‘super park’ location,” Samantha Hallowell, director at NGK, said in a statement. “Given the market’s relative lack of modern, high-bay industrial product, the asset is well positioned for upside.”
