Quincy-based general contractor and construction manager Lee Kennedy Co. has been selected to undertake several infrastructure projects at Simmons College over the next year.

The company will provide pre-construction and construction services for an electrical substation relocation; a loading area screen wall; an oil tank removal and boiler plant replacement project; drainage improvements; masonry restoration; an office fit-out and other "miscellaneous deferred maintenance projects," the company said.

Kennedy has been working on projects at Simmons for more than a decade, the company said.
