Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties announced it is buying sales and rental brokerage Cape Cod Oceanview Realty as it continues to expand.

The brokerage, which was bought by BHHS Commonwealth Realty Group early this year, saw its last expansion when it purchased a Norwell brokerage in 2020.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cape Cod Oceanview Realty to the Robert Paul family. The acquisition brings together our extensive vacation rental portfolios, platforms, and results-driven sales professionals that share our same core values. We are excited to expand our presence in the Lower and Outer Cape regions and welcome the Cape Cod Oceanview Realty team and their homeowners and buyers to the network,” Emily Clark, president of BHHS Robert Paul Properties, said in a statement.

The move gives BHHS Robert Paul Properties new offices in Wellfleet, Orleans and South Yarmouth. Cape Cod Oceanview lists 22 agents on its website plus broker/owners James F. Collins and Susan K. Collins, and adds to the 40 offices and nearly 1,000 agents in Greater Boston and on Cape Cod.

“For over 20 years, the Cape Cod Oceanview Realty team has provided invaluable service, expertise, and personalized marketing plans for our clients. We are thrilled to partner with an iconic real estate brand with best-in-class technology, resources, and marketing and a company and leadership team that embraces the same core values that Susan and I have strived to uphold,” James Collins said in a statement.

In its announcement of the deal, Robert Paul Properties highlighted that Oceanview’s agents will “instantly” gain access to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ active referral and relocation networks and its “FOREVER Cloud” lead generation and marketing support suite, plus its recently unveiled “Real Estate I.Q.” system of education, training, coaching and consulting resources.
