A central Massachusetts industrial property leased to a Kraft Group company was acquired by Boston-based Seyon Group for $48.25 million.

The 580 Fort Pond Road property contains a 275,620-square-foot class A warehouse completed in 1994 that’s 100 percent leased to UN1F1ED² Global Packaging Group.

Located on a 50-acre site, the facility includes 34-foot clear heights and 26 loading docks.

UN1F1ED2 Global Packaging Group is a Kraft Group joint venture that manufactures packing materials. The company also began site work this summer on the first phase of a 2.4 million-square-foot industrial development in Sutton.

The Interstate 495/Route 2 west industrial market had just a 0.6 vacancy rate as of mid-year, according to CBRE data.
