Robert K. Shibuya has been named an advisory board member at Boston-based corporate real estate advisory firm CresaPartners LLC.
Shibuya, a 27-year industry professional, will provide input on strategic market development, tenant advisory services and transaction management best practices.
Shibuya currently oversees acquisitions and asset management for the Western U.S. for Emmes Asset Management in Newport Beach, Calif. Before that, he served as chief operating officer of the Americas Region for DTZ Holdings. He was also the managing director/principal in charge of global corporate advisory services and capital markets for Trammell Crow Co., where he led the integrated occupier client solutions group known as corporate advisory services.
