Silicon Labs has leased 25,810 square feet in Boston’s Fort Point Channel neighborhood.
The company will occupy the entire fourth floor at 343 Congress St. The five-story building, owned by Berkeley Investments Inc., is 100 percent occupied.
Silicon Labs specializes in the development and manufacture of mixed-signal integrated circuits, microcontrollers and sensors used in the communications and auto industries as well as in consumer products. The company’s new office will house research and developments teams as well as sales and administration.
John Driscoll of Cushman & Wakefield represented Berkeley Investments, and Thomas O’Regan of JLL represented Silicon Labs in the transaction.
