RiverworksSpear Street Capital of San Francisco has acquired Riverworks Innovation Center in Watertown from Farley White Interests of Boston for $43 million.

The three- and four-story brick-and-beam office complex consists of three connected buildings totaling 200,000 square feet. Originally the Aetna Mills wool manufacturing plant and later a Boston Scientific headquarters, the property was acquired by Farley White in 2010 and completely renovated. Among the new tenants leasing space in the building this year are NetAge Solutions, New England Research Institute, pSivida, Digital Impulse and TRACS Inc.

Cassidy Turley Executive Managing Director and Principal David Pergola and Managing Director Brian Doherty represented Farley White Interests in the transaction.
