Boston-based accounting firm Caturano and Co. has named Bradford C. Taylor a director in the firm’s business valuation practice.
He previously served as vice president with Globalview Advisors, a boutique valuation services firm, and held managerial level positions with UHY Advisors FLVS Inc.’s business valuation group.
Taylor has experience in evaluations of business enterprises, intangible assets, embedded derivatives, equity and complex financial instruments for various purposes including purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment, stock options, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, gift and estate tax, and litigation matters, according to a statement.
"Bradford’s extensive experience across industries, and specifically in gift and estate tax valuations, will be a critical asset to our team," said Christopher LaDue, vice president and practice leader for Caturano and Co.’s business valuation practice.
