TD Bank has promoted Anthony J. Pasquale to senior loan officer in commercial lending in Worcester and named Pamela J. Finegan a senior credit officer/senior vice president in risk management.

Pasquale will deliver TD Bank’s customized lending solutions as part of the commercial lending team serving a wide range of middle market companies and institutions across Worcester County and throughout Massachusetts.

Pasquale has 15 years of experience in banking, lending and portfolio management. He joined TD Bank in 2001 and most recently served as vice president in commercial lending.

A resident of Lancaster, Paquale serves on the board of directors for Why Me Inc., and volunteered for a number of years as an instructor with Junior Achievement.

Finegan will support growth in TD Bank’s dealer commercial services group, which is comprised of a team of automobile professionals who provide floorplan financing and other commercial products and services to new vehicle dealers throughout the bank’s footprint, from Maine to Florida.

Finegan, of Seekonk, has 30 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining TD Bank, she worked as a senior regional director in commercial credit review at HSBC in New York, N.Y.
