The Grossman Cos. Inc. showed off the recently renovated 1099 Hingham St. building in Rockland and announced its new deal for brokers at a reception for commercial real estate brokers from across Greater Boston.

As part of the "Sweetheart Commission Deal," brokers will earn a fee of $1.50 per square-foot, per year for new tenants signing an initial five-year lease. The offer expires on Feb. 14. There is 14,871 square feet still available.

Tenants at 1099 Hingham St. include Konica Minolta, UBS Financial Services and Great American Insurance Co.
