Eliassen Group, CCMSI and Mavenir have signed long-term leases in Reading.
The companies will occupy 25,065 square feet, 12,830 square feet and 12,255 square feet, respectively, of first class office space at 55 Walkers Brook Drive. The 140,000-square-foot office building is located directly off of I-95/128 less than two miles from I-93. JLL Managing Director Matt Daniels, Senior Vice Presidents Chris Decembrele and Andrew Whipple, and Vice President Jordan Yarboro represented building owners, Nordblom Co. and Rubenstein, in the three transactions. Eliassen Group was represented by Michael Dalton of Cushman & Wakefield, Paul Giannopulos of JLL and Joe Doyle of Cresa represented CCMSI, while Chris Curley of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank negotiated on behalf of Mavenir. These leases bring the 6-story, class A building to 71 percent leased.
Eliassen Group, a technology staffing, consulting and training firm, occupies the entire sixth floor. The relocation and expansion serves as the company’s new headquarters after relocating from Wakefield. Independent third-party administrator CCMSI joins 55 Walkers Brook Drive from 100 Quannapowitt Parkway in Wakefield to occupy part of the fourth floor. Mavenir also relocated from Wakefield, and has taken a portion of the fourth floor.
Other companies in 55 Walkers Brook Drive include Aptus Health Care and the headquarters for Reading Cooperative Bank.
