Woburn-based Tocci Building Cos. has completed construction of Lynnfield Initiatives For Elders Inc.’s (L.I.F.E.) Colonial Village, a $15-million senior housing community on Market Street.

O’Sullivan Architects of Reading designed the seven-building, 115,000-square-foot complex on a 6.5-acre acre site.

The complex includes 12 townhomes, 35 garden-style units, an underground parking garage and community clubhouse. Units range from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet and prices run from $261,500 to $425,000.

L.I.F.E. is a Massachusetts-based, nonprofit that develops residential units for individuals and couples above the age of 55. It previously completed Center Village and Essex Village in Lynnfield.
