Straub Collaborative and Mortgage One Solutions have leased more than 12,000 square feet of office space at Heritage Landing in North Quincy.

Straub Collaborative is a photography and videography studio that will occupy 9,337 square feet in August when it leaves its current office at 25 Drydock Ave. in South Boston. Tim Howe of CBRE represented Straub Collaborative.

"Heritage Landing offered what many other suburban offices did not – an innovative, collaborative space with Red Line access catering to our young, creative employees," CEO David Straub said in a statement.

Mortgage One Solutions will occupy a 3,352-square-foot office in July for its first Massachusetts location. Vin Albanese of Eastern Retail Properties in Braintree represented Mortgage One.

Seven tenants have signed leases totaling more than 50,000 square feet since Braintree-based Campanelli acquired the two buildings totaling 358,000 square feet for $16.3 million in June 2013.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Frisoli, Matt Morgan, Dave Martel and Jason Roth are the exclusive leasing agents for the property.
