Vicki LeducLowell-based geotechnical, environmental and civil engineering firm Nobis Engineering Inc. has promoted Boyd Allen and Vick Leduc to associate.

Allen, a project manager, has 29 years experience in hydrogeology and geology. He manages projects at government and private client sites with technical skills in hydrogeology, aqueous geochemistry, natural attenuation, and contaminant fate and transport, the company said. He is currently the project manager for remedial action services at the Silresim Chemical Corp. Superfund Site in Lowell.

Leduc joined Nobis in 1999 and has been instrumental in the development of the company’s HR system, according to a statement. She is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has earned her HR certification as Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
