CQX LLC of Hingham has purchased space at a West Roxbury strip mall for $5.8 million.
The company acquired 107,245 square feet of space at 1580 VFW Parkway.
NAI Hunneman’s David Ross, Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold and Gina Barroso represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“We are aggressively on the market, and this was our first acquisition of many slated for the coming months,” CQX’s Matt Galvin said in a statement.
The center includes Jo-Ann Fabrics and Laser Quest and is situated on 7.1 acres at the Dedham-West Roxbury line.
