Westfield Bank recently promoted three employees to new accounting jobs.

Meghan Hibner was promoted to assistant vice president & controller. An employee of Westfield Bank since 2002, Hibner will now be responsible for the bank’s accounting records and external financial reporting.

Bryan Cowen has been promoted to senior staff accountant. A member of the accounting team since 2003, he is now responsible for stock based compensation programs, filings with the OTS and numerous other special projects.

Amos McLeod was promoted to senior credit analyst in the commercial lending group. An employee of the bank since 2001, McLeod worked in the operations and accounting departments prior to joining commercial as a credit analyst in 2005. In this new role, he will be responsible for underwriting larger and more complex commercial loans.
