Michael J. Wilcox of Weymouth has joined South Shore Savings Bank as a retail business development officer.
Wilcox, who has 21 years of retail banking experience, will work in the Granite Crossing office at 370 Quincy Ave. in Quincy.
He previously served as business development officer for Braintree Cooperative Bank.
