William Raveis Real Estate luxury agents have a new pool of potential clients: Boston Red Sox players.

The Connecticut-based brokerage, which has offices throughout the Northeast and Florida, announced it had signed a multi-year deal with the team yesterday to become the “official real estate company of the Boston Red Sox.”

The move gives Raveis agents “preferred access” to players, company spokesperson Marni Lane confirmed to Banker & Tradesman. With its 18-year local presence – Raveis has 44 Massachusetts offices from Provincetown to Springfield, plus a Westford mortgage loan office – a presence in West Palm Beach and Naples, Florida and a Florida-based division focused on athlete relocation led by retired major-league pitcher Chris Resop, the company says it can offer athletes “best-in-class service.”

Under the three-year deal, Raveis will also sponsor all NESN home-game broadcasts, commercials on NESN, commercials on Fenway’s outfield video board prior to the start of all 81 home games, TV-visible branded billboards behind home plate, pavilion-level LED signage in the infield pavilion and online and social media promotions. The company is also sponsor key player and team milestones.

“As a company that celebrates our sales associates’ entrepreneurial drive, hard work and stellar achievements, we are thrilled to highlight extraordinary accomplishments,” WRRE Co-President Ryan Raveis said in a statement. “So when a player like Rafael Devers hits his 130th run this year for the Red Sox, this is our way of giving him an enthusiastic, virtual high five. We know how hard he’s worked to achieve that.”

The Red Sox will also highlight a realtor of the month for the five-month season who will get a private tour of Fenway, access to a VIP batting practice and branding on the scoreboard.

Sponsorships and cross-promotions will launch at today’s home opener versus the Baltimore Orioles.

Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.
