WiredScore, the digital infrastructure rating service for commercial buildings, will partner with Skanska on a group of new and existing developments from Boston to Beverly Hills.

As part of the agreement announced Friday, WiredScore will rate and certify 15 buildings in Skanska’s U.S. development portfolio.

Among the buildings seeking Wired Certification to rate their connectivity capabilities are the 230,000-square-foot Two Drydock in the Seaport District, 9000 Wilshire in Beverly Hills and The Eight, a 540,000-square-foot office building in Bellevue, Washington.

MullenLowe and Shell Techworks have leased office space at Two Drydock, which was completed in January.

Skanska also is joining the WiredScore Smart Council, an advisory group of real estate executives working on a global smart building certification system.

WiredScore ratings are now available for more than 400 million square feet of office space in North America.
