A mixed-use building in Downtown Worcester has been sold for $122.2 million.

145 Front at City Square is part of the site of the former Worcester Galleria. New Jersey-based Veris Residential developed the building in 2018. The 365-unit building on nearly 4 acres was purchased by Boston-based investment firm Jones Street Investment Partners.

The property was sold on July 22, the Worcester Business Journal reported.
