Equity RE Holdings LLC has subleased 113,000 square feet of industrial space in the Clock Tower Business Center in Lynn.
Lynn-based commercial brokerage firm Burgess Properties Inc. brokered the sublease and represented the landlord, Dallas-based Dean Foods. Phillip K. Burgess, president of Burgess Properties was the sole broker in the transaction.
Equity’s client, Greater Lynn Senior Services, will be moving its entire office, dispatch and fleet services into the space when construction is completed.
Located at 330 Lynnway, Clock Tower Business Center is a 500,000-square-foot office and industrial complex.
