Blue Hills Bank Taps TD Vet To EVP, Commercial Banking

Blue Hills Bank recently named Kevin F. Malone its new executive vice president of commercial banking.

Malone succeeds Tom O’Leary, who spent six years with the bank.

Malone has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, he was market president, Greater Boston and Rhode Island for TD Bank. He started his career as a credit officer at BankBoston, where he served in numerous senior lending roles over 15 years including the division executive of high technology lending.

“We are thrilled to have Kevin join the team at Blue Hills Bank,” Blue Hills President and CEO William M. Parent said in an announcement. “The depth and breadth of his experience and strong track record of disciplined growth serve as a solid foundation for continuing to increase our commercial banking business.”
