Bay State Savings Bank has appointed nine new corporators.
"Corporators function as ambassadors for the bank and are selected by the trustees because they have strong community networks and are successful in their professions," said Bay State Savings Bank President & CEO, Peter Alden, in a statement. "They are an excellent source for referrals and for providing feedback on the bank’s customer service. We look forward to their contributions and advice as we continue to serve our local community."
Those named include:
– Ronald Masiello, a certified public accountant with Shepherd & Goldstein
– William Fay Jr., a funeral director at Callahan and Fay Brothers
– Stephen Lynch, a certified public accountant with Bollus and Lynch
– Daniel Tinsley, vice president of Sullivan Group Insurance
– Karin Branscombe, CEO of Quaker Special Risk Insurance
– Eric Dunphy, vice president for community engagement at Vital Emergency Medical Services
– Kim Harmon, president and CEO of Auburn VNA
– Tommy Lee, a partner in Garden Fresh Courthouse Café
– David Papazian, owner of the Dzian Art Gallery
The new corporators were welcomed by Alden and the Board of Trustees at the bank’s annual meeting in April.
