Citizens Bank recently announced the addition of Regina M. Pisa, chairman emeritus of Goodwin Procter LLP, and Peter Smyth, chairman and CEO of
, to the Citizens Commercial Banking Advisory Board.
The non-fiduciary 18-member board of advisors assists Citizens with key market connections and provides an outside perspective on the bank’s priorities.
Pisa led global law firm Goodwin Procter LLP and previously worked as managing partner for over 16 years. Smyth oversees the operations of numerous nationwide radio stations, a group of weekly newspapers in central New Jersey and several telecommunications towers throughout the country for Greater Media.
Kevin Washington, a former Greater Boston YMCA president who is now based in Chicago and leads the YMCA nationally, was also appointed to the board.
