Gregory Kwiatkowski, Paul Salomon and Jennifer Mason have all joined Boston-based First Trade Union Bank, tasked with loan review, compliance and audit and credit analysis, respectively.

Kwiatkowski was named vice president/loan review. He will manage the bank’s loan review processes and procedures.  He comes to First Trade with more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in the areas of credit administration and loan review.  Most recently, Kwiatkowski held the title of vice president/loan review officer for Bank Rhode Island.

Salomon was named vice president/compliance and audit, responsible for auditing the bank’s operations to ensure compliance with federal, state and industry regulations. In his nine years of banking and compliance experience, Salomon has worked for a number of financial institutions, including Aviva Life Insurance Co., Sovereign Bank and TD Bank.

Jennifer Mason was named senior credit analyst, tasked with analyzing and evaluating commercial loan proposals.  She has more than 20 years of experience in finance and sales. Mason comes to First Trade from VR Business Brokers, where she served as president.
