Callie Huff, of North Easton, has been named vice president of organizational administration at Needham Bank.

Huff, who will operate from the main office in Needham, brings nearly 20 years of banking experience to her new role, according to a statement. Her career began in investor accounting and loan servicing. She most recently served as vice president of retail banking for HarborOne Credit Union.

In her Needham Bank position, Huff will oversee the human resources and marketing departments, as well as other high-priority, bank-wide initiatives.

"Callie’s direct application of prior experience including organizationally-focused development is evident," said Needham Bank President and CEO Jack W. McGeorge. "We’re proud to have her on the Needham Bank team."

Huff currently serves as vice president on the board of directors for the Young Women’s Financial Network.
