Jurilla Joins Village Bank As Retail Banking VP

Mark Jurilla Mark G. Jurilla has joined The Village Bank in Newton as vice president of retail banking.

In this newly created position, he will direct all retail banking functions and resources, products and programs.

Jurilla has more than 15 years of senior retail sales management experience.

He was previously with First Commons Bank N.A., where he most recently served as senior vice president/chief retail officer. Previously, Jurilla served seven years with RBS Citizens N.A. as vice president/branch sales manager. Earlier in his career, he was senior business development manager/district sales manager with the Verizon Communications Group.

Jurilla has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and completed three years of post-graduate studies at Harvard University.
