Legacy Bancorp Earns The Boston Club Award

Pittsfield’s Legacy Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Legacy Banks, has earned The Boston Club Award, which is given in recognition of New England companies with two or more women on their boards of directors.

Anne Pasko and Dorothy Winsor serve as directors of Legacy Bancorp. They also serve on the board of directors of Legacy Banks, in addition to two other women, Mary Jo Piretti Miller and Darlene Rodowicz.

"We are honored to receive this award as it demonstrates our commitment to seeking leadership with a wide range of talents, expertise as well as professional and personal backgrounds to provide varying perspectives and help us remain competitive in the marketplace," said J. Williar Dunlaevy, chairman and CEO of Legacy Bancorp Inc.

The Boston Club was founded in 1976 and is the area’s largest organization for high-achieving senior executive and professional women, according to a statement.
