Dana M. Neshe has been promoted to executive vice president at Middlesex Savings Bank and has joined the financial institution’s senior management committee.
In this role, Neshe is in charge of community banking, overseeing the delivery of retail banking services throughout the bank’s 24-branch network, according to a statement. She remains president of the Middlesex Savings Charitable Foundation, a position she has held since October 2000.
Richard P. "Rick" Cole, of Stow, has been promoted to vice president in the Middlesex Savings Bank’s commercial real estate lending division. A specialist in residential construction lending since 2006, Cole will work with builders and developers in this role. Before joining Middlesex Savings Bank, he was a home mortgage lender for seven years.
Mitchell Hryckowian, of Westford, has been promoted to technology officer at the bank. In this role, Hryckowian is in charge of information technology security at the bank. He also oversees the workings of its voice and data infrastructure.
He joined Middlesex Savings Bank in February 2009 as a network operations manager. He previously served as director of network operations for Navisite, a managed services provider based in Andover.
Michelle L. Fitzgerald, of Littleton, has been promoted to assistant vice president, community banking.
She has been with Middlesex Savings Bank since 2000. Fitzgerald previously worked for the Community National Bank of Hudson.
John Mega, of Hudson, has also been promoted to assistant vice president. A 15-year employee of Middlesex Savings, Mega previously served as information technology officer in the bank’s systems support division. Before joining Middlesex Savings Bank, Mega served as a trainer for Comp USA.
