Francis X. Dillon, of Raynham, has been re-elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of Mutual Bank.

In this role, Dillon will help guide the policy and direction for the mutually-owned bank, according to a statement.

Dillon is vice president for advancement at Stonehill College in Easton, where he directs the college’s development, alumni, communications and external relations program. He also serves on the board of directors of United Way of Greater Plymouth County and is a director of the Metro South Chamber of Commerce.
