Brookline Bank has hired Thomas McNamara as its next senior vice president of commercial banking. McNamara has held similar positions at several national financial institutions.
Clinton Savings Bank
Clinton Savings Bank has hired Bernard Gagnon as a senior vice president and commercial relationship manager on its commercial lending team. Gagnon was most recently first vice president and a regional team leader for Country Bank’s commercial lending division.
Cornerstone Bank
Worcester-based Cornerstone Bank has hired a new program manager, Christopher J. Mallon, at its Capstone Planning Group wealth management service, which was previously branded as SSB Investment Services.
Cushman & Wakefield
Paul Ambrose has joined the valuation and advisory team in commercial real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston offices. Ambrose was most recently director of the New England office for appraisal firm Joseph J. Blake & Assoc.
Dedham Savings Bank
Dedham Savings Bank has made several promotions:
- Heidi White has been promoted to vice president and branch administrator for the bank’s nine retail branches.
- Anna Conte has been promoted to vice president and branch manager for the bank’s East Dedham branch.
- Stephanie Perkins has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Needham branch.
- Jaqueline Johnson has been promoted to branch manager of the bank’s main branch in Dedham.
DPS Group
Boston-based engineering and construction management consultancy DPS Group has promoted Tom Struble to director of commissioning, qualification and validation.
EXIT Realty
Jeanette Tighe, executive assistant to EXIT Realty Corp. International CEO Tami Bonnell, was recently honored with the Andrew Hickey Distinguished Service Award by the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. The award honors local Realtors who provide lengthy service to the association.

David Crane has been hired as the new senior vice president and senior relationship manager for structured finance at Needham Bank. Crane was most recently a senior vice president and senior relationship manager for Wells Fargo Bank.

Reading Cooperative Bank has hired Lisa DiGregorio as an assistant vice president and loan servicing manager. DiGregorio previously held a similar position at Wakefield Cooperative Bank.

Braintree-based property manager and developer The Peabody Cos. announced that Courtney Shaffer has received her Accredited Residential Manager credential through the Boston chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Shawmut Design and Construction
Boston-based Shawmut Design and Construction has announced appointments to a new senior executive role covering its New England operations. Michael Schumacher will be the company’s new senior director of its regional commercial developer division after a stint managing the construction of the $950 million EchelonSeaport condominium development for the Cottonwood Group.
South Shore Habitat for Humanity
Weymouth-based South Shore Habitat for Humanity has hired Beth Lyons as its next executive director. Lyons has been the nonprofit housing developer’s interim leader since March. Lyons joined the organization in 2017.
South Shore Realtors
South Shore Realtors have named their 2020 Realtor of the Year and awarded two others Outstanding Service and Affiliate of the Year honors. The first was given to Norwell-based Syd Elliot of William Raveis Real Estate; the second was given to David Brodeur of David Brodeur Realty in Dartmouth and Robert Sullivan of Bay Market Real Estate in Swansea. The last award went to David Raymondo of Bearingstar Insurance.
