Boston-based accounting and advisory firm Baker Newman Noyes announced three promotions:

• Nathalia Bergamni to senior manager in BNN’s assurance practice, serving banks and other financial institutions.
• Chelsea Cullerot to senior manager in the assurance practice.
• Sydney Callan to manager in BNN’s tax practice.

Barkan Management Co. 

Kosal Saren, a property manager with Newton-based Barkan Management Co., has earned the accredited residential manager designation from the The Institute of Real Estate Management Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4.

BayCoast Bank

Swansea-based BayCoast Bank has hired John F. Clark as first vice president and commercial loan officer. Clark was most recently first vice president and lending center manager in Rockland Trust Co.’s commercial lending division.

The bank also announced the hiring of Kevin J. Briggs as vice president of strategic initiatives. Briggs was previously a senior business initiatives manager at Bank of America.

The Bulfinch Cos.

Boston-based developer The Bulfinch Cos. has hired Hannah Jacobs and Kate O’Connor, to its investments team.

DPS Group

Boston-based engineering firm DPS Group announced that its Director of Commissioning, Qualification and Validation Tom Struble has been elected president of the board of directors of the Boston chapter of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering.

JLL

Commercial real estate brokerage JLL has hired Chris Maciejczak to its Boston-based life sciences brokerage team.

KeyBank

Cleveland, Ohio-based KeyBank has hired three new members of its Boston-based commercial lending team:

• Alex Kelly, senior payments advisor for middle market
• Cory Serrano, senior payments advisor for enterprise payments
• Shannon Curtiss, commercial analyst for portfolio management

Kelly previously held business development positions at American Express and Comdata, a tech firm focused on accounts payable automation. Serrano was previously an executive with Santander, Q2ebanking, RBS Citizens and Fifth Third Bank. Curtiss was previously in new business development and relationship management roles with Eastern Bank, Santander Bank and Silicon Valley Bank.

Marlborough-based St. Mary’s Credit Union has hired Frank C. Borawski Jr. as CFO and senior vice president of finance. Borawski was most recently vice president and lead finance officer at State Street Bank.

South Shore Bank

Weymouth-based South Shore Bank has hired a new chief credit officer: former People’s United Bank senior credit officer Carolyn Normand.

Webster Five

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank has hired Tracey Myers as vice president for its retail branch network. Myers previously lead retail sales and strategy development for Citizens.

Littleton-based Workers Credit Union has promoted Bob Remillard to vice president of consumer and mortgage originations.
