Regina Pizzeria Will Be Making Dough In Woburn

The parent company of Regina Pizzeria and Polcari’s Italian restaurants is moving its commissary to Woburn from Charlestown.

Boston Restaurant Assoc. has leased 7,553 square feet at 48 Cummings Park in Woburn. The firm’s corporate headquarters also is moving to the facility from Lynnfield.

The facility will be used to make pizza dough for the company’s 20 restaurant locations.

Maureen Brennan, an account manager for landlord Cummings Properties, worked with the company on the new lease. The buildout includes a new epoxy floor and specialized HVAC equipment. Construction is expected to be complete in September.
