Apartments, Hotel, Offices Seen As Union Square Anchors

The initial phase of Somerville’s Union Square redevelopment could include 840 apartments, a 200-room hotel and 600,000 square feet of office space on two parcels abutting the new MBTA Green Line station, according to a presentation by master developer US2.
