Investigation: 39 ‘High Hazard’ Dams Threaten Downstream Homes, Business

A two-year investigation by the Associated Press has found 39 high hazard dams statewide that are in poor or unsatisfactory condition. In many cases, if the dams break, many living and working downstream would be at risk.
