Suffolk Downs Apartments Ink Second Retail Lease
An East Boston yoga and barre studio will become the second retail tenant at Suffolk Downs’ first apartment building, the Amaya complex in Revere.
North Shore Craft Brewery Signs onto Suffolk Downs

The first retail tenant at the Suffolk Downs redevelopment is a North Shore brewery that will occupy ground-floor space in the new Amaya apartment building nearing completion across from the MBTA’s Beachmont station.
